User is able to input text (non numeric) in phone number filed while checking out the shopping cart.

As attached in above image, user is able to input text in phone field. Phone field should only accept numbers.

Phone field will not accept letters after my PR fix.It only accepts numbers. The screenshot showing Phone field accepting letters is to log a bug which was happening before raising the PR.
