Markdown component styling issue

Expected Behavior

When rendering the markdown, the th should have a black 1px solid border around the cells, while the td should have a 4px solid blue border.

Actual Behavior

When rendering the Markdown, the th inside the markdown will have the styling of the td. The th css styles are not applied.

I should add that all of the stackblitz and other minimal example setups are seriously out of date and cannot be run anymore. The email command crashes and updating dependencies doesn't change it.

@matthias-eb thanks for the issue, but please report that to the upstream dep md-to-react-email. That's where rendering and such comes from.

Alright, thanks for the info. I see there is already a PR to fix it which is open since July 2025. It seems to be inactive since November 2024. Are you maybe able to patch this yourselves or fork the project?

@matthias-eb was able to get that merged. I'm working on prepping jsx-email v3 for release this week. That fix will be in there.

@matthias-eb checking after releasing v3.0.0.

I just tested it with 3.0.0 and unfortunately, the issue is still ongoing. I tried to set up a StackBlitz reproduction, but StackBlitz seems to have problems with running some of the packages in the website's sandbox. It works however when running it locally.
So here is the updated stackblitz url, in hopes that it still helps:

The PR you mentioned and merged was the correct PR, so if the fixed version of md-to-react-email package is the one inside version 3.0.1, then that fix didn't work.
