Last chance to fix final submissions until 18:00 UCT

Dear participants,

since some of you faced some last-minute problems with submitting the final solution, we decided to reopen the submission system with two robots until 18:00 UTC. This should give everybody a chance to double check that their current configuration runs as expected and can be used for the final evaluation.
