qc: HD emoji through tmux on WezTerm (hqtui 0.10.1), focus events (0.5.9, qc 0.4.7)

Emoji vanished in qc on WezTerm over SSH + tmux: the inline image went out
through tmux passthrough without the cursor move, so it landed in the wrong
place while the emoji's cells stayed blank. hqtui 0.10.1 sends the move
inside the passthrough (pane offset from tmux) and redraws images on
focus-in; qc turns focus events on.
