Subject: [PATCH] feat: Invites link in the user menu

Admins skip the invite-only gate and see the whole site, so they never
landed on /invite-only and had no way to find their invites ("i don't
see invites anywhere on the site"). The signed-in user menu now links to
/invite-only for everyone, next to Account Settings.

header.test.tsx is on vitest's exclude list, so no test is added there.
