0.7.1: database drivers are optional peers, not optional dependencies

npm installs optionalDependencies by default, so every consumer, including a CLI
that only uses ./cli, downloaded pg, mysql2, mongodb, pocketbase and supabase-js.
Only the per-database subpaths import a driver, so they are optional peers now
(an app using ./postgres already has pg) and devDependencies for the tests.
