Server missing data types

It would be nice if I can simulate on the server side also the data types: UNIX, DATETIME and UTF-8. The generator part is not needed at first version. What do you think about it?

It has been an idea to also add these datatypes to the server. I guess I can take the system time as "generator" for the unix and datetime datatypes, could you think of any use cases where you would want a datetime picker for this? A string could just be a static value I guess.
