Is this repository a good place to publish the Dockerfile for another github opensource project

We have an open source project which contains a Dockerfile to build an image. Does it make sense to add the docker file in here as well? By the name of the repo we thought it might be some kind of registry (like container-registry) but it's mostly to share how to build images, right?
