XBlock settings are represented as dictionary stored in django settings and populated from environment *.json files (cms.env.json and lms.env.json) -> 404
I may have misunderstood but it looked like there has been a lot of recent refactoring here, so I'm not sure I'd be able to find the proper URLs to update.
