Current owner scope: rename ArcadeO, remove unnecessary files/evidence, deliver detailed production analysis, and push to verified default branch master. Deployment is later. The earlier gates below are historical.
- AO1: Browser title, login/Home/error identity, install manifest and package/release configuration use ArcadeO; protocol and storage identities stay compatible. EVIDENCE: current source/static/build checks, new live browser identity case and scripts/verify-production.mjs pass; public cache c8c3324dd80bb4fd.
- AO2: Removed files have a measured inventory reason; runtime/tests/notices/contracts and required Sudoku sources remain usable. New generated evidence stays ignored. EVIDENCE: arcadeo-cleanup-inventory.json enumerates 1,363 removals / 115,220,994 original bytes; required files and 48 retained image hashes checked; new outputs ignored.
- AO3: Fresh static, unit, mocked, component, real Worker/HTTP, content and selected full browser checks pass on the renamed cleaned tree. Production analysis states findings and remaining deployment/hardware requirements. EVIDENCE: arcadeo-validation.json records fresh 305 unit, 78 mocked, 62 component, 12 Worker, 26 HTTP, 1,000 content and 124 unique browser passes; zero advisories in both dependency audits; detailed production analysis saved.
- AO4: Remote target is verified, remote changes/history preserved, final local commit equals remote master without force push, no deployment. EVIDENCE: normal merge f5a1dd9 preserves master history and reviewed Origin constraints. Successful non-force push and independent ls-remote verify implementation 7ed5b61d337b3cef3234d1752ccbf0c6baf40a7d on master at 2026-10-03T06:56:08.444539+00:00; no deployment. This receipt is a documentation-only successor.
Current preparation owns authored planning/product/design/agent guides, repository-local native agent/skill definitions and preserved reference images. Historical scopes/evidence below describe earlier passes; none are app implementation claims.
Scope: Analyse supplied references, research reusable game logic, and deliver a ranked edge-case register with a small decision round. This does not freeze the final specification or author production code.
- G1: All six UI references are analysed against the existing product constraints. EVIDENCE: Manual review of planning/CONVERGENCE.md reference table covers images 1 through 6; the two repeated task/statistics references and subsequent purple-dark/pink-light preference are recorded as updated direction. Flags avatar/economy/feed/navigation conflicts and does not infer measured motion from screenshots.
- G2: All eight games have a reuse recommendation, source evidence where found, and explicit limits to that evidence; Sudoku covers unique solutions and difficulty levels. EVIDENCE: Manual source review and eight-row reuse table; puzzle-bank README and public-domain license, Connect Four and DotBox MIT license files checked; Ludo package and selected source examined; unsupported source retrieval and untested adoption are explicit. Sudoku import verification is required future work, not claimed execution.
- G3: Architecture proposals explain authority, persistence, secret choices and recovery in plain language and distinguish recommendations from locked context. EVIDENCE: Referee/scorebook explanation, responsibility table, commit-before-acceptance proposal, archive retry, lifecycle, shared controller and masked secret resume sections reviewed against Cloudflare storage/WebSocket/alarm docs.
- G4: The edge-case register covers every user-requested category and game with impact, proposed handling and outstanding decisions. EVIDENCE: Manual mapping against original request: B01-B12, I01-I30 and D01-D09 cover requested categories; eight-game rule and motion tables provide game-specific handling. Register is a proposed contract, not implementation evidence.
- G5: The decision round contains at most three high-impact questions with recommended defaults, and final planning and production implementation remain pending those decisions. EVIDENCE: Exactly three asynchronous questions issued. Owner answered saved-state pause; Sudoku level navigation and Ludo house rules remain pending. Only GATES.md and planning/CONVERGENCE.md were authored; no production code or dependency installation. Further consequential defaults are flagged before final freeze.
Subsequent decision update: the owner approved free Sudoku puzzle selection within difficulty groups, with completed puzzles marked. The presented Ludo core rules are accepted except unsafe-stack capture (explanation needed) and the third-six penalty (rejected: give another roll rather than ending the turn; precise behavior pending). Competitive Sudoku timing needs explanation before acceptance. This update does not freeze the final contracts or authorize production implementation.
Scope: record the latest owner answers, freeze V1 contracts and prepare the implementation sequence and agent ownership. No production code or agent dispatch.
- G6: Owner answers and residual Ludo interactions are consistently recorded. EVIDENCE: Manual comparison of latest owner answers against README.md, GAME-RULES.md and updated CONVERGENCE.md: exactly one captured token; ignored third six grants another roll with earlier moves retained; continuous competitive clock; free Sudoku selection. Lowest-ID capture and further-six handling explicitly labeled architect defaults.
- G7: All eight games have deterministic, complete V1 rule contracts with fixed board data and completion behavior. EVIDENCE: Manual rule review covers eight games, timing/assistance/replay, ties, capture/bonus turns and saved dice. One-off Node document-data check passed: eight sections, 52 unique ring coordinates with 48 orthogonal/four specified diagonal corner steps, start/home entry alignment and 14 in-range nonchaining snake/ladder transitions. Initial check incorrectly assumed every Ludo step was orthogonal; corrected the check to the four explicit corners, without changing valid board geometry. These are specification-data checks, not engine tests.
- G8: System contract resolves authority, identity, privacy, persistence, lifecycle and recovery without conflicting responsibilities. EVIDENCE: Manual review maps B01-B12 to final contracts in planning/README.md; auth, controller, per-game guards, private receipt digests, together reveal permission, terminal immutability, reservation cleanup and archive lag are explicit. Cloudflare storage/transaction/sync, hibernation attachments, D1 migrations and Workers test documentation refreshed. KDF compatibility remains a measured implementation gate, not an asserted working dependency.
- G9: UI contract fixes theme, typography, navigation, board ergonomics and essential motion within the supplied direction. EVIDENCE: Manual comparison with supplied references and owner purple/pink preference; roles, initial accents, labeled navigation, phone/laptop alternatives, handoff masking, accepted-event animation and reduced motion specified. One-off Node token check passed all 42 specified contrast pairs (text >=4.5, essential graphics >=3; minimum across both categories 3.47). This does not prove rendered colors, pair perception or device/motion quality; those remain execution checks.
- G10: Implementation sequence specifies boundaries, dependencies, agent ownership and measurable integration/release checks. EVIDENCE: IMPLEMENTATION-PLAN.md defines six sequential/integrated stages, planned modules, lead plus three exclusive worker roles, runtime/browser/device gates, library/content qualification and deployment boundaries. Local Markdown links in the new planning set checked to exist. AGENTS.md updated to point at the final contract index (399 words). No production code, agent dispatch, dependency install or deployment performed.
Current outcome: core convergence complete. Earlier pending-decision paragraphs are historical research-round evidence; the final contracts and latest owner answers supersede them. Implementation gates remain outstanding work, not unmet planning claims.
Scope: skills installation, agent definitions and expanded execution documents for Antigravity/Gemini 3.1 Pro Low. No application implementation or overnight job launch in this chat.
- G11: Relevant UI skills are inspected, installed in the repository's Antigravity location and recorded with provenance/licenses. EVIDENCE: Seven pinned upstream skills installed through inspected installer; per-folder upstream MIT notices retained. Repository-authored arcade-v1-build also installed. Official quick_validate.py passed all eight manifests using temporary PyYAML validation tooling; no app dependency/root package installed. SKILLS.md records source revisions, roles and precedence. No upstream skill script executed.
- G12: A main orchestrator and dedicated specialists/reviewers have clear hierarchy, ownership, dependencies and honest host-launch instructions. EVIDENCE: Twelve canonical profiles, twelve native entrypoints and manifest created; local YAML/tool/model/skill-path checks passed, native/staging copies match. Current primary Antigravity subagent/skill docs checked. Only lead can spawn, max three specialists, inherited model/sandbox, sequential fallback. Actual Antigravity host discovery/launch remains unverified; no workers launched.
- G13: An authored PRODUCT/PRD defines complete V1 scope and flows independently of the old handoff file. EVIDENCE: Manual review maps two accounts/eight games/seven remote+together paths/three Sudoku modes to P01–P15/S01–S08 requirements and screen/exception flows. Root AGENTS/README/profiles use authored scope, raw handoff provenance only. No signup/economy/extra game added.
- G14: A detailed DESIGN/UI plan records Standard black/white with mint/cyan/yellow for A, Romantic purple-dark/pink-light for B and the correct reference hierarchy. EVIDENCE: Six attached images preserved, tracker/tennis visually inspected; DESIGN screen/layout/token matrix and UI interaction/motion contracts updated. Active guides consistently record corrected Standard/Romantic defaults. One-off Node check passed 127 text/graphics palette pairs (text minimum 5.20; graphics minimum 3.47). Rendered/device review remains execution work; no mockup/app claimed.
- G15: TRD/TDD and API/data contracts close technical seams needed for unattended execution. EVIDENCE: Manual acceptance-path review covers atomic commits, sessions/CSRF refresh, game-specific guards, controller, private views/receipts, creation/slots/outbox, scheduled Sudoku start/eligibility/unranked terminal result. Added atomic uncertain-secret recovery to prevent a delayed original request locking after reselection; N16 explicitly tests it. KDF/runtime/content remain measured implementation gates, not asserted passes.
- G16: The rewritten implementation plan includes bounded executable tasks, dependency waves, acceptance evidence and overnight recovery/handoff. EVIDENCE: 35-task queue with exact role/paths/reads/dependencies/checks/report fields, six packets, first real CF/private RPS integration gates, reviews/fix/final audit, STATE/DECISIONS/MORNING-REPORT and copy-ready human starting prompt. Node checked role/input references and acyclic dependency graph. All tasks remain PENDING with empty evidence/handles/leases; no automatic runner/schedule launched.
- G17: Imported assets have a reviewed reuse inventory without installation of whole applications. EVIDENCE: Local LICENSE/package/README/source paths reviewed for six imports; ASSET-INVENTORY records allowed/banned reuse and actual SHA-256 digests/bytes of four puzzle files. Six PNG signatures confirmed. Puzzle uniqueness/import tests are required execution work and not claimed here.
- G18: The full handoff is checked for links, unresolved placeholders, contradictory themes and completion claims; current preparation status is separate from future app completion. EVIDENCE: One-off validation checked 69 authored local links, 35 task inputs/dependencies, twelve role paths/copy consistency and no root application package/src/worker/shared/tests. AGENTS is 320 words. Active palette/authority/recovery wording reviewed; historical CONVERGENCE marked superseded. HANDOFF-VALIDATION records planning checks and precise unexecuted domains. No morning guarantee, hardware/deployment or implementation completion claimed.
Current preparation outcome, checked 2026-10-01: handoff ready for an explicitly authorized Antigravity build. Application execution status remains NOT_STARTED.
These manual integration gates apply to the authorized owner-correction implementation. Final evidence belongs in planning/execution/STATE.md and planning/execution/reports/owner-corrections-checkpoint.md.
- OC1: Ludo uses saved deliberate pawn selection for every legal roll, a classic reference board, and stable seat identity through colour changes.
- OC2: New Snakes & Ladders matches use verified reference endpoints and original curved artwork; legacy matches retain their map.
- OC3: Dots and SOS save 5/7/9 dimensions and score correctly; all three grid boards provide large focusable play areas.
- OC4: Shared gameplay layout and appearance remain usable on phone and laptop across four variants.
- OC5: Favourites, play-next, recap and personal preferences persist with correct ownership.
- OC6: Real Worker and browser flows confirm rules, recovery, privacy, responsive presentation and motion.
- OC7: Before/after measurements show measured optimization without gameplay regression.
OWNS: GATES.md, planning/execution/STATE.md, planning/execution/TASKS.json, planning/execution/reports/owner-corrections-checkpoint.md

-
OC13: The current review checkpoint and execution queue accurately distinguish historical checks, current implementation evidence, and remaining external release gates. EVIDENCE: Current-build final checkpoint: planning/execution/reports/owner-corrections-checkpoint.md; actual exits and category limits recorded there.
OC1–OC13 are closed by the final current-build checkpoint. Preparation statuses above are historical. Local owner corrections are verified: 265 unit, 55 source/mocked contracts, 44 server-rendered components, 4 real Workers durability, 26 real HTTP scenarios, 56 full + 3 supplementary browser tests, 208 reviewed matrix screenshots, live five-board motion, and recorded before/after performance. Commands exited 0. Smaller payloads/traffic are measured; cold loading/input medians were slower and are disclosed. Deployment and physical-phone certification remain external gates.
