Add support for Adapted resources

Description of the new feature / enhancement

I was doing some work with Gijs Reijn (@Gijsreyn) on DSC v3 playing with the performance tips from:

I got the adapted schema hacked next to the module so DSC resource list picked it up, but WinGet Studio didn't. There should be an affordance to find the adapted schema as opposed to just the module.
