Hotfix in minilab: metal-stack/mini-lab#315
Integrate this hotfix into the metal-core frr.conf template. Validation against metalstack supported SONIC distros and versions is required, because this fix will only work on sonic versions based on 202411 or higher. Broadcom and Dell sonic seem both to be based on 202311.
