Manual location entry

Chuck VK5CQ suggested that the ability to manually set location be added. This will save battery power. I will look at adding a button which will turn on the GPS, set the location in the fields, and turn off the GPS.

Chuck contacted me again and pointed me at an app on the marketplace named Repeater, which accepts location input in the form of Maidenhead grid squares. I already have support for converting between Maidenhead grid squares and latitude-longitude so making this work should be straightforward.
