0.21.0 building of man pages is still broken

I package this project for Arch Linux (cc @lahwaacz).

Since sphinx has been updated to > 9, we are having troubles building the man pages, and with 0.21.0 this unfortunately continues:

I know this is a sphinx and/or sphinx-argparse issue, but I would like to have this issue here as a tracking issue, so that I can link to it from elsewhere.

@dvzrv I am sorry I think the error might stem from me forgetting to remove the autodoc typehints extention from the pyproject file.

Can you try the current main (especially 7d2a2e0)?

If it works I can also tag a v0.21.1.
