Host a MCP server from kci-dev

Kci-dev has a MCP server, but, right now users need to start up a MCP server locally. Whilst this is trival, with AI, having a hosted MCP server will allow users to much easier add a hosted KCI MCP server into their workflow.

I would add there is a possible risk for additional load, but we can monitor and take actions if that becomes a problem (with rate limits or login)
