docs(readme): the licence badge pointed at imqueue/cli, via rawgit

The wrong repository, through a host that has been dead since 2018.

Every README now points at https://imqueue.org/status.json, which answers what
npmjs.com will not answer for an unattended fetch: current version, licence and
Node floor for every package. npmjs.com serves bot detection to scripted requests,
so an agent evaluating @imqueue fell back to search snippets cached from the 1.x
era and reported the wrong licence and a Node floor of 8.
