A graphical interface to the patcher may be desired, as a less intimidating alternative for those unfamiliar with command-line tools.
I don't expect anything fancy: one window containing a couple of file pickers (BSP script, source file, target file), a couple of buttons, a box to contain output messages, and a list of radio boxes to handle menu choices.
