Remove tally logging

Tallies should be encrypted on the backend. It should not be logged!!!

Fixed with ab7836a. Although, this fix doesn't actually address the root cause, which is that the tally exists in plaintext for the server to potentially log. A future mishap or misunderstanding could see this bug reappear.
