Markdown table as Evidence data source

What do you use this data source for?

This could be used in a similar way as csv, markdown tables could be used as input source type.

Pros:

• The data could be versioned in the markdown tables
• Any modifications will shown as is in a PR ready to check following BI as code core principle
• More legible for humans than CSV or TSV
• AI friendly format for automated reviews or general analysis
• Reuse the same CSV logic

Cons:

• The same as CSV or TSV files

Are there any existing node clients for this data source?

The same duckdb client used for csv
