Not working with Nrf SDK 16

Hi,
I have a nrf controller with SDK 16 firmware. This library is not working. The Buttonless UUID mentioned in Library is not same as found in the firmware. Please let me know how to modify the library to support the latest SDK

I haven't been actively using or updating this repository, but if you get it working with SDK v16 a PR would be helpful.

From what I understand, the UUID for the buttonless DFU service has been changed and is now just the same UUID as the bootloader service (0000fe59-0000-1000-8000-00805f9b34fb).

There's one more change that needs to be made in In order to get the buttonless DFU working. That is to enable indications, rather than notifications for the buttonless characteristic. Take a look at this line to see where you could start.
