Incorrect display of comments reported as abusive

If a comment is flagged as spoiler and hidden as abusive, it can be presented to users who are not eligible to see the spoiler in a confusing way.

To Reproduce

• Find a comment flagged as a spoiler which you are not able to see
• Report the comment as abusive so it gets hidden (possibly as a moderator, to make the hiding easier)
• Click "Show" to view the comment

Expected behavior
The comment should be presented like a regular spoiler.
