I bought RED thinking it would come with such activity calendar, turns out there is none, and I know im not the only one disappointed by it.

I think It would be nice to have it part of red subscription, me and many others really expected it to be "unlockable" since one of the perks of buying Red is to have "Better overview of statistics". I understand all this is arbitrary, but feels good when you have it part of official website everything at one place...

Sure but I don't know which amount of dev work put into the platform we can currently expect from Andela, if any. At the beginning of the year there was an announcement that they plan to add more RED features later this year but these plans might already be cancelled. I haven't heard about it in months.
So community-created tools are all we can currently count on.
