🗓️ Daily Standup Prep — 2026-06-01

Use this as the agenda for today's sync. Keep updates brief and decision-oriented.

1) Delivery confidence

• The active path appears to center on [Initiative] Expand to EU Market with [Launch] EU Payment Methods marked at-risk; confidence is moderate for incremental Alpha progress this week, but confidence is low on a clean path to the 2026-08-30 GA target until security/legal/privacy/accessibility/responsible-AI requirements are explicitly sequenced with owners.
• Prompt: What can we confidently ship this week, and what is most uncertain?

2) Blockers & dependencies

• The strongest dependency cluster is non-engineering approvals (security, legal, privacy, accessibility, responsible AI) on EU payment work; current data does not show explicit unblock dates, so this is the likely blocker set to assign today.
• Prompt: Who owns the unblock, and what is the expected unblock date?

3) Decision needed

• Decide today whether to optimize for feature throughput (build SEPA/iDEAL end-to-end now) or approval-first sequencing (timebox implementation behind compliance checkpoints) to reduce rework risk.
• Prompt: What decision do we need by end of day, and who is the decision owner?

4) Quality & reliability risk

• Payment and compliance launches reference high-impact outcomes, but there is thin current evidence of test/readiness signals (e.g., reliability gates, load/perf evidence, or explicit error-handling status) in open items; this creates delivery-risk blind spots.
• Prompt: What is the fastest risk-reduction action we can take today?

5) Cross-team coordination

• The highest-value handoff is product/engineering with security/legal/privacy reviewers to lock review order and dates, then route resulting constraints to implementation owners in one shared plan.
• Prompt: Which cross-team conversation needs to happen today to keep momentum?

✅ Suggested standup flow (10 minutes)

• 2 min: Delivery confidence
• 3 min: Blockers & dependencies
• 2 min: Decision needed
• 2 min: Quality & reliability risk
• 1 min: Cross-team coordination and owners

🎲 Facilitation style of the day (pick one, rotate daily)

• Decision-first sync: Start with the decision needed, then cover only inputs required to make that decision.

Avoid default round-robin updates unless there is no higher-signal facilitation option for the day.
