FAQs page > Links not working

On the FAQs page, the links at the top - like a contents table - aren't working. They're supposed to link to the answers lower down using anchors, but the anchors are missing.

On my browser (Edge vanilla), I'm not even seeing the titles to the FAQs. They are styled with a { display: none; }, which is causing them to be invisible and non-navigable.
