Select the band-matching Xcode by reported version, not by bundle name.

The resolver only accepted the hosted image naming (Xcode_26.0.1.app). The self-hosted Mac installs bundles with xcodes naming (Xcode-26.0.1.app), so the glob never matched and both Apple Build jobs failed closed. It now asks each Xcode*.app bundle what version it is, picks the highest patch inside the pinned band, and lists what it found on failure.
