Screen session over RNSH

When connecting back to my Ubuntu machine, I am unable to use the screen command to start a new screen or to connect to a running session. Anyone have any thoughts? No issues over traditional ssh.

Interesting, so when I was trying to just start a session by typing screen, it was like the command would not go though. I could even try screen -r and it would list the sessions, but would not attach. I finally ran screen -S [SomeName] and it then created the screen session. After that it worked as expected. Not sure if it was a Ubuntu issue or what, however both of my pi's running ubuntu were doing the same thing.
