how to decrease logging to syslog via config? #339

Description

@kuvaldini

from bees --help

Logging options:
-t, --timestamps Show timestamps in log output (default)
-T, --no-timestamps Omit timestamps in log output
-p, --absolute-paths Show absolute paths (default)
-P, --strip-paths Strip $CWD from beginning of all paths in the log
-v, --verbose Set maximum log level (0..8, default 8)

so likely can edit beesd@.service:Exec=... -v2 but no way to set via /etc/bees/UUID.conf

right?

and why default is 8? means debug logs are enabled by default? what value is optimal for long-running desktop and laptop?
