AsyncAO is free software, licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License
version 3 (see the LICENSE file).

It is free software all the way down: every dependency is open-source under a
licence compatible with the AGPL v3 (permissive MIT / BSD / ISC / zlib / libpng /
FreeType licences, MPL-2.0, LGPL, and the GCC Runtime Library Exception). There
are no proprietary or licence-incompatible components.

Because of that, AsyncAO may be freely redistributed -- in source form and as
binary releases (e.g. GitHub Releases) -- in full compliance with the AGPL v3 and
with every applicable dependency licence. When distributing binaries, include the
third-party libraries' licence notices alongside this NOTICE, the LICENSE file,
and a link to the source at https://github.com/SyntaxNyah/AsyncAO.

The full, per-dependency list of components and their licences is in
docs/THIRD-PARTY-LICENSES.md.

Mascot / app-icon artwork ("Mayo") is (c) hlenbchan (Instagram @hlenbchan2),
commissioned by Nyah and used with permission; it is not covered by the AGPL.

Bundled colour-emoji artwork ("Twemoji", internal/ui/fonts/TwemojiMozilla.ttf) is
(c) Twitter, Inc and other contributors, licensed CC-BY 4.0; see
internal/ui/fonts/TwemojiMozilla-LICENSE.txt for the required attribution.
