Fullscreen option

Please add an option in settings to make the application completely fullscreen not just maximize the WINDOW,

When clicking maximize the application still shows in a "box window" and the windows task bar still apears

Example of fullscreen feature in Chrome:

Fn Key + F11 is used in Chrome to escape fullscreen and return to windowed mode

I've started some work on the FullScreen feature. I've committed the first part to this branch: https://github.com/shaunroselt/Roselt-Developer-Tools/tree/29-fullscreen-option

Under Settings, there's now an option for FullScreen:

The shortcut key (F11) hasn't been implemented for it yet though.

If you'd like, you're welcome to implement it and do a Pull Request into my sub-branch for it.

Otherwise, I'll end up completing this feature myself over the upcoming weekend.
