AI notes (read first)

  • ai-notes/ — the story of this project: what it is, how the idea evolved (dated timeline), how it's built and deployed, gotchas. A new agent should read ai-notes/README.md and then the newest numbered doc before touching anything.
  • Maintain ai-notes/: when you make a significant change or decision, add a new dated doc (NN-topic-YYYY-MM-DD.md) or append to the current one, and keep ai-notes/README.md's list current.
