[Feature Request] Add support for special templates

Description

Several websites follow similar patterns in paths, class names, and software. This results in many presences with similar structures as well. Adding special templates would help developers quickly set up the boilerplate for certain presences rather than needing to re-create or re-investigate solutions.

For example:

• Websites with videos playing in an iFrame
• Websites using the MediaWiki software
• Websites with content only one-level deep
• Presences which use slideshows
• etc.

Ideas

• When using the -c flag, one can also pass in a -t or --template flag to specify a template to use
• When creating a presence, the user could be prompted whether to select a template
• Templates could be located at /template/special/[x]/
