longer processed Shoutbox-Send produces an empty Page in Shoutbox-Content-iframe

I could reproduce a bug which came up on the following situation:

1. One or more downloads putty stress on the MR3020
2. You enter and get the current shoutbox content displayed
3. You write something down, press send
4. The page gets empty

The reason for this bug is, that processing the sent message took longer than normal. The Javascript-refresh refreshes not psoread, It now refreshes psowrite, which gets an error and displays only a empty page.
