Hey! You’re definitely welcome to contribute! OCR is already implemented in the current repo, but there may still be some areas where it could be improved, so feel free to take a look at it too. The other things you mentioned, especially PDF tools, conversion fallbacks, Windows integration and testing, could also be interesting. Have a look around the repo and feel free to pick something you’d like to work on. I’d be happy to review a PR. Thanks |

Yeah, that scope works for me. Go ahead! Feel free to take a look at the existing conversion architecture and follow the patterns already used in the project. For the context menu and translations, that sounds good too. Thanks for asking before starting. |

I’ve implemented Markdown → HTML conversion following the project’s existing architecture, including The pull request is available here: #31 Everything is working locally, and I’ll be happy to make any changes suggested during the review. |

Hi! I’d be interested in contributing to File Converter Pro. I have worked on my own fork of File Converter, where I added local OCR for scanned PDFs, PDF-to-DOCX/TXT/Markdown conversion, PDF merging and splitting, multi-engine document conversion, and native Windows 11 context-menu integration.
I could contribute my experience in OCR, document conversion fallbacks, PDF tools, Windows integration, and testing. Let me know which area would be the most useful, and I’d be happy to work on a focused pull request!
