Package name?

Hi, this package looks interesting! I like your API ideas too.

One suggestion, the name of the package and this GitHub repo are not very descriptive. If you called it something like monitor-expr.el, it would be much more descriptive, and it would be clear that it's an Emacs-related package. :)

Hmm, I could update the GH repo to monitor.el, but I've already got recipes with el-get and MELPA, so that might cause a few issues.

It was originally called hook, thankfully @purcell suggested that I come up with a new name, so I think it should currently cause much less confusion - and monitor sounds better anyway 😉

I'm currently working on that API - or something similar, so hopefully the README will be getting a boost soon - if not on the master branch then on a secondary (until it is ready to go).
