Current Behavior
lutterFlow Desktop App Repeatedly Crashing While Using AI Agent
I am experiencing repeated crashes in the FlutterFlow Windows desktop application while using the AI Agent.
Current FlutterFlow version: 7.0.68
The application repeatedly closes/disappears without displaying an error message. This happens while the AI Agent is working and has also happened while the computer is completely unattended.
Troubleshooting already completed:
Updated FlutterFlow to version 7.0.68.
Restarted Windows after the update.
Installed Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable 2015–2022 x64.
Installed Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable 2015–2022 x86.
Restarted Windows again.
Tested with the computer completely unattended.
The crashes continue.
A previous FlutterFlow AI Agent diagnostic log showed:
workspace: error
phase: onboarding
ERROR: TimeoutException after 0:00:15.000000: Future not completed
The AI Agent has also reported an “orphaned run” that did not produce a result and had to stop the stuck process before rerunning validation.
The problem is severe enough that I have spent approximately six hours attempting to complete work on a single application because FlutterFlow repeatedly crashes while the AI Agent is processing.
Please investigate whether this is an issue with the FlutterFlow Windows desktop application, AI Agent workspace, or a background process associated with the AI Agent.
Expected Behavior
The FlutterFlow Windows desktop application should remain stable while the AI Agent is working. The AI Agent should complete its tasks normally without the application freezing, closing, crashing, or requiring repeated restarts. These repeated crashes have prevented me from getting productive work done for an entire day, with hours spent troubleshooting and restarting the application instead of developing my projects.
Steps to Reproduce
1, Open the FlutterFlow Windows desktop application.
2. Open a FlutterFlow project.
3. Open the AI Agent.
4. Give the AI Agent a task to work on the project.
5. The AI Agent begins working and running processes.
6. After working for a period of time, the entire FlutterFlow desktop application suddenly closes/crashes without 7. 7. displaying an error message.
8. Reopen FlutterFlow and repeat the process.
9. The crash happens again, sometimes even when the computer is left completely unattended.
10. Restarting Windows, updating FlutterFlow, and installing the latest Microsoft Visual C++ x64 and x86 11.Redistributables did not resolve the problem.

I genuinely love FlutterFlow and what it makes possible. I’m excited about building with it and have several projects I want to develop. Unfortunately, I have spent several days stuck behind my computer trying to solve these technical issues instead of actually building. I just want to get past stage one, have the platform work reliably, and finally move forward with my projects. I really hope this issue can be resolved because I want to continue using FlutterFlow.
