It seems to affect every Gin project, so I'm afraid it's somewhere in the gain setting of VoicedOscillator, but not sure.
To replicate in Wavetable or Gin Synth-example - set all values to default, disable filter, start the note and start to wiggle Gain with ~1/4 sec frequency.
You'll hear cracklings like an every Gain step produces a little click.
It's very audible with Gain and Pan parameters, but also it happens with Filter (best with LP12) Frequency parameter.
I tested it with BLLTVoicedStereoOscillator and WTVoicedStereoOscillator. Also here is a very simple project for Tracktion Waveform where you can here it with built-in Wavetable and OSC4.
