EL18 failed to let ext MPM Module power on

Current Behavior

If use external MPM module on EL18, most of the time it will fail to power on (MPM's LED won't light on), and TX shows "no telem from external MPM module". Sometimes it can startup and operate normally.
The RF socket is working well with FRM303. The MPM module works well with other TX.

Expected Behavior

MPM module powered on instantly when installed on EL18.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Install MPM module.
2. Model settings - External RF
3. Select MULTI.
