Code testing: bring up to date, add continuous integration PHPUnit comes from composer rather than being installed separately, the worked example referenced a test file that no longer exists, and the sample output was from PHPUnit 5.x. Adds where the tests can be run from and what they need to reach, doc/phpunit.local.php, the web component commands, and a section on running an app's tests in CI. Drops the Netbeans instructions: they document an IDE no longer used here and depend on phpunit-skeleton-generator, which is archived upstream.
