[Feature Request]: Update 'Add Onedrive Shortcut' to support new Shortcuts folder

Problem Statement

Microsoft are pushing standards away from Sharepoint Sync, to Onedrive Shortcuts. To keep things tidy, they have now created a Shortcuts folder, where your shortcuts can live.

Benefits for MSPs

Allows MSP to use this new folder when creating shortcuts for users. Keeps things standardised. Keeps users semi-familiar with having shared folders in a particular place.

Value or Importance

ITs a nice to have. Currently the method uses the 'old' way of dropping the shortcut straight into the users onedrive, mixed in with everything else.
