Problem Statement
When I want to save my preferred columns for a particular table in the portal (Users, Groups, Mailboxes, etc), it only saves for the tenant I'm under. For example, for Tenant A if I add the "Quota" column for the Mailboxes table and save as preferred columns, then switch to Tenant B for the same table, the preferred columns I saved does not carry over that (or any other) tenants.
Maybe there can be an extra option under the Columns dropdown that says "Save as preferred columns (All Tenants)" where it will apply to all tenants or something.
Benefits for MSPs
It would save time so we don't have to set up and save preferred columns for a particular table for every single tenant. Some tables have 20+ column options so it's frustrating after taking time to review each one and select the ones that would be most beneficial, if I come back to that table for another tenant I'll have to set it up again.
Value or Importance
It's important for efficiency and would be easily scalable if you have a growing number of tenants. I wouldn't say it's critical but it's definitely a little more than "nice-to-have".
