Increase E2E test timeout to 90s in CI

CI console rendering consistently brushes the 60s default test timeout. The Hello UI extension test passed at 56.8s in one run and timed out past 60s in the next, with the failing test shifting between runs. Raise the CI test timeout to 90s while leaving the local default (45s) unchanged.
