UX & Information Architecture Improvements for nouns.buildA Swarthy UXSummaryThis proposal refines nouns.build around a workspace-oriented UX model built on the concept of Hubs. The goal is to make governance activity easier to understand by improving layout, grouping, and visibility, while adding limited summary metrics where context is currently missing. Design principles:
Core Architecture: Hubsnouns.build is organized around three Hub surfaces, each with a single, clear purpose:
Global Feed HubPurpose: Cross-DAO awareness with explicit context switching.
Answers: “What’s happening across Builder DAOs, and how does it relate to me?” User Home Hub (Personal Governance Identity)Purpose: Provide personal governance context for both self-appraisal and external appraisal.
Answers: “Who is this participant, and how do they engage in governance?” Community Hubs (DAO Workspaces)Purpose: DAO-specific workspaces with persistent state visibility.

@b3nedictvs TL;DRA Swarthy UXThis proposal is about reorganizing nouns.build around “Hubs” and improving how existing features and new summary metrics are laid out, grouped, and made visible, not about questioning whether features already exist. The core idea:
What changes conceptually
Why this matters
This is primarily a UX / information architecture evolution, with incremental additions where context is currently missing — not a rewrite of core protocol features. |
