Allow skipping of the battle setup teapot screen

Describe the feature

This is mostly to allow for full compatibility with translate FGO, but skipping it also cuts down on time for mission setup when doing a bunch of upgrade quests.

This is the only screen I've seen FGA have issues with when translated to English. Rather than adding checks to support the translated version, I think the better change here would just be a settings option to skip this check prior to every battle.

Will also try to handle as much as screens that was translated by translateFGO. While I can't guarantee all of them will be handled correctly but we have prepared the OCR for such cases like this.

I don't believe any other translateFGO screens cause a hard blocker like the above. But I'll keep an eye out.
